The Volunteer Centre supports people with mental health issues
by encouraging
them to get involved in volunteer work locally, so raising
confidence by using existing skills or learning new skills.

The East Suffolk Advocacy Network (ESAN) is a small mental
health charity providing advocacy for people with mental ill
health in Suffolk.
We have three offices - in Ipswich, Bury St
Edmunds (where ESAN is known as the West Suffolk Advocacy
