To celebrate World Mental Health Day, Newmarket VASP (Voluntary & Statutory Partnership) have teamed up with
Newmarket Leisure Centre to raise awareness of the services provided by local mental health organisations and publicise the link
between good physical and mental health and wellbeing.
Newmarket Leisure Centre will be giving away free swims, Tai Chi and Yoga sessions and there will be lots
of goodies to take away so we hope to see you there!
